Our Hot Springs hot tub we moved from Michigan last year — after 25 yrs of faithful service — finally died and was retired. We bought a house with a HotSprings tub and we made the Hot Tub of calling another hot tub repair service.
We should have started with Olympic. Catherine in their service center was so responsive, helpful and followed up. We walked into Olympic Hot Tub one day with a Hot Tub interest in purchasing a hot tub. We met David and ended up having a great experience…and buying a Jetsetter LX.
He was super patient, answered all of our questions and took our investment as serious as we did.
